LeRoy Pingho

Executive Chair & President

Serving as the Executive Chair, Mr. Pingho joined CX Solutions, Inc., in May, 2014, and is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the company.

Additionally, since June 2011, Mr. Pingho has served as the Chair and CEO of Overture Technologies. Mr. Pingho is also the Founder and CEO of Great Elm Solutions, a management consulting firm based in the Washington DC area. Previously, Mr. Pingho founded PAC, Inc, a Management and IT Consultancy. Serving as Founder and CEO from its inception in mid-2002, Mr. Pingho oversaw the organic growth of the company to over 1,500 associates and revenue of $150M by the end of 2007. Mr. Pingho also serves as a member of BlueAlly’s board.

Previously, Mr. Pingho held senior executive positions at Fannie Mae, Charles Schwab and MCI Telecommunications.

Mr. Pingho serves on several non-profit boards, including Upward Bound Foundation, the Washington Hospital Foundation and advisory roles for other organizations in the Washington, DC area



Jim Stone, PhD

Chief Customer Officer

Our Chief Customer Officer, Jim Stone, owns CX Act’s customer experience. He has the mandate and power to design, orchestrate and improve our customer experience across all touch points. Jim is a recognized customer experience measurement expert and is a vocal proponent for innovation around capturing the voice of the customer and translating it into effective business strategies.

He has served on the CASRO Board of Directors and on the Boards of several market research MBA programs. He has published and presented research results and methodologies all over the world during his 35-year career in the industry. Jim joined CX Act after 28 years at Maritz, where he was most recently Chief Research and Innovation Officer.



Todd Arizza

Chief Operating Officer

With over 24 years of business experience and 8 years of military experience, Todd Arriza is an expert in leading teams and organizations involved in research, data collection, and reporting. He has spent the last 12 years deeply involved in managing and directing the operational and administrative side of CX Solutions. Involved in both long-term strategy and daily task management, he plays a pivotal role ensuring that CX Solutions meets all operational requirements and continuously maintains the high level of quality that has defined the organization throughout its existence.



Cynthia J. Grimm

Vice President

Cynthia J. Grimm is Vice President, Client Development. Cindy has worked in customer experience measurement and improvement as a practitioner, researcher and consultant for more than 30 years.

In her work with CX Act she has assisted hundreds of companies with quantifying of the ROI of customer experience improvement, enhancing the Voice of the Customer process, and developing balanced approaches to measurement that drive action within an organization. She has a BS degree in Management and Consumer Science from the University of Maryland and a MBA from George Mason University.



Stephen Butler

Vice President

As Vice President of Client Development, Stephen Butler delivers innovative solutions which improve the customer experience. Stephen’s expertise is in mapping the customer experience by integrating research findings and employee and customer perspectives. Stephen delivers leading-edge strategic programs that are informed by the total customer experience producing ROI improvements that impact the bottom line. He is a seasoned professional with over 20 years’ experience; prior to CX Act he has worked for Enterprise, AOL, and DirecTV.



Christine Mazur

Account Director

With 15 years of experience in customer experience research, Christine has worked for CX Act since 2002. Ms. Mazur’s expertise is in the design, execution, and analysis of CX Act’s customer satisfaction and retention studies. With experience in a broad spectrum of industries, she prides herself on the ability to tightly manage projects to deliver clients actionable results and recommendations that yield measurable, substantial positive ROI. She has a BS degree in Psychology and Sociology from Virginia Tech, Degree with Distinction, Cum Laude and a MS in Sociology also from Virginia Tech.
