Jennifer K. Hsin

Board Member

Jennifer is a Director and the CFO at CNF Investments LLC where she is responsible for actively sourcing, screening and managing portfolio companies as well as the overall financial management of the fund. She has over sixteen years of operational and investment experience in various industries including enterprise software, banking, healthcare, real estate and oil and gas. Prior to CNF, Jennifer experience includes BenefitNation, Inc. and Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Jennifer currently serves as a board member for CXSolutions/CXAct and Speek. She is also a board observer for Viridis Learning and works closely with other various portfolio companies. Jennifer is a CPA with a BS in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.



John Brady

Board Member

For the last two decades, John Brady has founded, operated, invested in and advised a number of highly successful marketing services and communications companies. These companies include The Direct Impact Company (which was sold to Young & Rubicam in 1999), DDC Advocacy, CX Solutions (formerly TARP Worldwide) and Fishbowl. In addition to his business activities, John is an active supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.



Art D'Angelo

Board Member & Secretary

Art D’Angelo is the CFO of gyro Group, a leading international network of marketing services agencies specializing in B2B advertising. Art has been with gyro since 2008.

Prior to gyro, Art served as the Finance Director and member of the Board of Director of Cordiant Communications, a publicly traded UK based global communications group that provided advertising, integrating marketing and specialist communications services to its clients. Art also served as the CFO of the Bates Worldwide Group before taking over the Finance Director role at Cordiant.

Art began his career in advertising as Tax Director at Saatchi & Saatchi Holdings USA, Inc. in 1987. He rose to Chief Administrative Officer, then CEO before his departure to join Bates in 1994.

Art began his career in 1972 at Ernst & Whinney, were he was a member of the firm’s professional staff.
